Terms and Conditions

• All chemicals used are prevailing rates and are documented weekly.
• Pool Filters are monitored weekly and cleaned at additional cost.
  • We use a 10-12 Psi Rise as a parameter which is normally every 6 months, however high debris pools and small filters have to be cleaned more often.
• Filter cleaning pricing is based on the size of the filter.  Starting at just $50. for up to 200 sq. ft.  $65. for up to 400 sq. ft.  and $80. over 400 sq. ft
• Pool Sweep and Timer are required in order to start service.
• Prices are subject to change.
• Black Algae is not covered under any of our pool service contracts, it is caused by holes in the plaster surface. Treatment can be provided at an additional cost.

Disclaimer

• Pools, where the area around the pool is not maintained, may incur additional charges for algae blooms.
• Pools that have poor drainage and therefore flooded pools where rainwater brings contaminated water into the pool will incur any cleanup charges incurred.
• Maintaining water levels is always the client's responsibility.  If you need to have water added we have devices to help with that issue.
• No replacement parts or repair labor is included in service.  Bids will be provided as items are needed.
